User A adds Source X
User B adds a plant from X
User A deletes X (opting to remove plants)

User B's plant is gone.

An admin should be able to opt-in to the delete OPP behavior.

Oh jeez. I'm sorry. I thought I had a different project's todo open and can't figure out how to delete this.
