The bones of this is implemented but it needs to be finished. If an rss feed is submitted to:

=> /check?url=example.com&count=4

Then it should recognize that, accept the count variable, and poll webmentions on the most recent items counting down until the count var zeros

Users need to be able to store two types of data:

  1. Their tokens, which allow them to bypass rate limits
  2. When a url was last queried - this is the url + the time it was last run past.

We may be able to do this entirely in a KV store. Benefits? Losses?
