The keys 1,2,3,4,5 work for the change of edit mode (1 - Select, 2 - Edit ...) But this dos not work in any situation, although edit is choosen The first change needs to be done by mouse in some cases. Would be nice if it works whenever needed...

When starting the midi-editor for the first time, it shows a keyboard with something like C9. Its a hig beep, nobody wants such notes. It takes time to scroll down with the mousewheel. It woul dbe nice if it starts in an octave of 3 or 4, and if the scrolling the octave can be faster by keys or a scroll bar.

I would recommend the PAGE UP/Down-Buttons to walk through the markers. Or CTRL-Left and cTRL-Right-Arrows. Anything that does not collide with other shortcuts available or planned.

To be able to set start and end-markers in a fast way, it will be nice if these counters could be set with hotkeys or mouseclicks with additinal pressed keys. Somethink like SHIFT-leftmouse to set Start, and SHIFT-rightklick to set Endmarker.
