~ushin/ushin#25: Behavior of deleting hyperdrive files in non-writable drives

Test what happens when attempting to delete a file in a hyperdrive controlled by someone else. Should we get a 403 Forbidden error instead of a 404 in this case?

Now, with hypercore 10, we are getting a 500 error, when we should expect a 403.

hypercore-fetch issue 60 was resolved! Now, attempting to modify a read-only drive returns 403 Forbidden
