Implement Micropub media endpoint (file upload)

Uploading files via Micropub requires a compatible media endpoint to be present. Currently Kittybox doesn't posess this functionality by itself and, as such, doesn't allow uploading arbitary files to embed in posts.

Implemented. Just need to add it to the ?q=config.

Side note for fireburn.ru deployment: need to set up a legacy redirect from /uploads/\(.*\)\..* to /.kittybox/media/uploads/\1
