Failed request sometimes still sends items to processing

  • Create a routing network
  • Add autocrafting for Hoppers and Item Tubes
  • Add a provider pipe with a chest
  • Put plenty of Chests and Glass into the chest
  • Add only 5 iron ingots to the chest
  • Add a Manual Request Tube
  • Request 1 Item Tube

The request is reported as failed since there isn't enough iron, but the hopper gets crafted anyway
