Add a wisteria keybinding to start/stop cpu profiling

As we start to dig deeper into optimizing wisteria, it would be helpful to be able to trigger on-demand cpu profile captures so that we can check the performance of specific actions.

I'm thinking (for now) that p would be a good keybind for this operation. It should be a simple tweak adding a call to github.com/pkg/profile.Start() in here, though getting it to toggle might be interesting...

We can also then stop running it all the time, which has non-zero overhead of its own. That would mean removing this line
